How do online payments come in?

Students pay by PayPal, Klarna or Stripe at registration or any time later, with optional or mandatory amounts you control. Incoming payments via Flywire or TransferMate are synchronised automatically.

What about multiple currencies?

Yes. Fidelo School Travel invoices in every currency you activate for a school, with separate price lists per currency. Fidelo Agency also works with multiple currencies and VAT rates; exchange rates are loaded automatically every day.
