Proforma & partial invoices
Invoice the way customers pay
Issue proforma invoices before a booking is confirmed and convert them into invoices later. Split amounts into a deposit and partial invoices with their own due dates, for groups too.
E-invoicing & unalterable records
Full audit trail
Generate e-invoices as XRechnung and Factur-X with the XML embedded in the PDF, and register invoices with Verifactu for Spain. Released invoices stay unalterable: corrections run through cancellation invoices with their own number, invoice numbering is sequential, with no gaps, and every version is kept with its author and timestamp.

Funding bodies & corporate clients
A third party pays
Invoice whoever pays: as sponsor, a government office, funding body, employer or other institution covers a participant's course or all services, with its own payment terms and a financial guarantee on record, including its validity period. Attendance records and certificates of attendance come straight from the recorded attendance.
Corporate clients as invoice recipients in every package, sponsors (third-party payers) in the Pro package.

How much does Fidelo School Academy cost?
Fidelo School Academy uses the Fidelo School Local packages Basic and Pro and is priced per administrative user per month: from €20 (Basic, 51+ users) to €80 (Pro, single user) depending on package and volume. Participants and trainers are free in every package. All prices exclude VAT.
What is the difference between Fidelo School Academy and Fidelo School Local?
Both run on the same platform, with the same modules and the same Basic and Pro packages. The only difference is the audience: Fidelo School Academy is the edition for academies, training providers and course and workshop organisers, while Fidelo School Local is aimed at local language schools. You pick the brand that fits your offering.
Is Fidelo School Academy suitable for academies and training providers?
Yes. Academies and training providers use it to plan training programmes, seminars and workshops with trainers and rooms, manage participants and corporate customers, issue certificates of attendance and handle registrations and payments online.
Can participants register and pay online?
Yes. Registration, enquiry, placement-test, feedback and payment forms are generated by the system and embedded on your website as a JS widget on any site, or via WordPress or TYPO3 plugins, with Stripe, PayPal or Klarna as payment add-ons. Every registration lands directly in the system.
Can trainers maintain their own courses?
Yes. Trainers get their own login to see their courses and participants and to record course content, scores, notes, attendance and progress daily or weekly. Participants get a branded app with schedules and documents.
Can we invoice courses to a funding body?
Yes, in the Pro package. Government offices, funding bodies, employers or other institutions are set up as sponsors, with their own payment terms and a setting for whether they cover the course only or all services. In the booking you record the participant's sponsor ID and the financial guarantee with its number, validity period and document. While it is valid, the sponsor is preselected as the invoice recipient, and Fidelo flags any service outside that period. Attendance records and certificates of attendance are generated from the recorded attendance.
