Our story
More than twenty years of one focused mission.
The first version was built in 2005: all-in-one management software for the international language-school market, extended to language-travel agencies a few years later. Today more than 1,500 users run their work on Fidelo.
Development has always been driven by the needs of our customers: new features grow out of requirements schools and agencies bring to us from their daily work and are refined with them in live operation.
We know the industry from twenty years of daily collaboration: migrations, support cases and feature requests from the schools and agencies working with Fidelo have gone straight into the product. The company is led from Cologne by managing director Mark Koopmann, who has been with the software since its first version in 2005.
