Participants pay by PayPal, Klarna or Stripe at registration or any time afterwards, with optional or mandatory amounts you control. Incoming payments via Flywire or TransferMate sync automatically.

Invoice the way customers pay

Issue proforma invoices before a booking is confirmed and convert them into invoices later. Split amounts into a deposit and partial invoices with their own due dates, for groups too.

Full audit trail

Generate e-invoices as XRechnung and Factur-X with the XML embedded in the PDF, and register invoices with Verifactu for Spain. Released invoices stay unalterable: corrections run through cancellation invoices with their own number, invoice numbering is sequential, with no gaps, and every version is kept with its author and timestamp.

A third party pays

Invoice whoever pays: as sponsor, a government office, funding body, employer or other institution covers a participant's course or all services, with its own payment terms and a financial guarantee on record, including its validity period. Attendance records and certificates of attendance come straight from the recorded attendance.

Corporate clients as invoice recipients in every package, sponsors (third-party payers) in the Pro package.

Never drop a lead

Manage private and corporate customers, group them, and sync with Salesforce or HubSpot. Follow up on every enquiry, and store every complaint with follow-up dates and a full history.

Standard reports

Use a wide range of standard reports, for example on occupancy, revenue per course and participant statistics.

Your courses in their pocket

Offer your own branded app where participants see their schedules, attendance, personal and booking data. Send push messages and let them pay online. You decide what is visible.

Trainers enter their data

Trainers access the software to see their courses and participants and enter course content, scores, notes, attendance and progress on a daily or weekly basis.

The trainer portal is included in every package. Viewing their billing and adding participants to courses themselves are part of the extended portal. Available as an add-on: Teacher portal with class management (€50 per month).

Several sites, one system

Run several sites in one installation. Trainer logins and reports work across sites, participants and registrations stay assigned to their site.

Add your own fields to participants, registrations and other records, use them in templates, filters and reports, and pass them on to HubSpot.
