One roster, every dimension

Dates, trainers, rooms and participants belong to the same plan, so Fidelo keeps them on one visual roster. Assignments run automatically or day by day, a substitute replaces an absent trainer inside the plan, and a double-booked room simply cannot happen.

The course is only the middle

Before the course comes the registration, after it the certificate. Online forms land every sign-up directly in the system, invoices come from your own templates, and recorded attendance turns into certificates of attendance, no second tool.

No. The roster plans courses, seminars and workshops alike, with trainers, rooms and time slots kept conflict-free.

Can trainers see their own courses?

Yes. Trainers access the software with their own login, see their courses and participants and enter course content, scores, notes, attendance and progress on a daily or weekly basis.

How do participants register?

Through online forms on your own website, embedded as a widget or via WordPress or TYPO3 plugin, with PayPal, Stripe or Klarna as payment add-ons. Every registration lands directly in the system.
