Every invoice recipient gets a customer account number for your accounting and exports. Outstanding invoices and overpayments sit in their own lists so credits get offset or refunded.

Full audit trail

Generate e-invoices as XRechnung and Factur-X with the XML embedded in the PDF, and register invoices with Verifactu for Spain. Released invoices stay unalterable: corrections run through cancellation invoices with their own number, invoice numbering is sequential, with no gaps, and every version is kept with its author and timestamp. Exports go to Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks or DATEV.

Get paid online

Students pay by PayPal, Klarna or Stripe at registration or any time afterwards, with optional or mandatory amounts you control. Incoming payments via Flywire or TransferMate sync automatically.
