A CRM that speaks language school

Generic CRMs know contacts and deals. A language school knows enquiries that become bookings, agencies that expect commission statements, and complaints that must not get lost. Fidelo’s CRM is built around exactly these objects, in the same system that writes the invoice.

What it covers

What Fidelo does in this area, point by point.

  • Enquiries separated from bookings, so the pipeline stays honest
  • Current, arriving and departing students at a glance
  • Manage and group agencies; sync with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Commission categories and payment terms, applied automatically
  • Every complaint stored with a follow-up reminder and history
  • Connected to invoice and payment status, no second tool

Enquiry and booking are different things

Mixing prospects into the same list as paying students ruins both views. Fidelo keeps enquiries and bookings apart: your sales pipeline shows what might come, your operations view shows who is actually here, arriving, current, departing.

Agencies are partners, not address-book entries

Agencies carry price lists, commission categories and payment terms. Set them once per agency and the bookings apply them automatically, and if your marketing lives in Salesforce or HubSpot, Fidelo synchronises with both.

Complaints with a memory

A complaint that lives in someone’s inbox resurfaces at the worst moment. In Fidelo every complaint is stored with a follow-up reminder and history. It comes back to the right person at the right time, with its full context.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can Fidelo work alongside Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes. Agencies and contacts can synchronise with Salesforce or HubSpot, so marketing keeps its tool while operations and invoicing run in Fidelo.

Why not just use a generic CRM?

Because the objects don’t fit: a generic CRM has no bookings with courses and accommodation, no commission rules, no connection to the invoice. You end up rebuilding a school in custom fields and re-typing everything into a second system anyway.

Does the agency side get access too?

Yes. Each agency can get its own login to see bookings, services, payment details and documents directly.
