If your situation changes temporarily, we pause the installation and the billing for up to a year, free of charge. When the contract ends you get your data back in a machine-readable format, with a deletion log on request.

What is Fidelo?
Fidelo is web-based management software for language schools, training providers and language-travel agencies. It has been developed in Cologne, Germany since 2005 and is used by more than 1,500 users across 100+ active installations in over 20 countries. It covers enquiries, bookings, scheduling, accommodation, invoicing and payments in one system.
Which Fidelo product fits my organisation?
Fidelo School Travel is built for study-abroad language schools with accommodation and activities. Fidelo School Local is for local language schools and providers of seminars, courses and workshops, without the study-abroad extras. Fidelo School Academy is the brand for academies, training providers and course and workshop organisers; it runs on Fidelo School Local with the same packages and prices. Fidelo Agency is for language-travel agencies that quote, book and manage partner schools.
How much does Fidelo cost?
Fidelo is priced per administrative user per month, between €20 and €95 depending on package (Basic or Pro) and user volume. Students, teachers, participants and agents are free in every package. Billing is monthly in arrears; setup and training are charged once, from €660 to €2,280 depending on the package, including training hours and template credits. All prices exclude VAT.
How long am I tied into a contract?
The minimum term is six months from the day the software is made available to you. After that the contract renews month by month and either side can cancel in writing with one calendar month’s notice. If your situation changes only temporarily, we pause the installation and the billing for up to one year, free of charge.
Is Fidelo GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Each installation runs on a server in the EU (for customers outside the EU, in their own region) with nightly backups to a separate server. Two-factor authentication, intrusion prevention, logged access and isolated databases protect your data in line with the GDPR.
Which languages is the software available in?
Fidelo's interface is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Turkish. Every user picks their own language, so one team can work in several.
Can we migrate our existing data to Fidelo?
Yes, the Fidelo team imports enquiries, bookings, services, invoices, payments, providers, agencies and teachers for you, including from Class, Easymate, SchoolWorks, FileMaker, Access, Excel and SQL databases.

Does Fidelo issue e-invoices?
Yes. Invoices can be generated as XRechnung (Germany) or Factur-X (France) with the XML embedded in the PDF, and registered with Verifactu for Spain. Accounting exports go to Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks or DATEV.
