Fidelo Agency is priced per administrative user per month: Basic ranges from €25 (51+ users) to €80 (single user), Pro from €30 to €90. Your customers, students and partner schools are free. Optional add-ons (e.g. PayPal forms, Single Sign-On, XML invoices for Italy) cost €15–50 per month. All prices exclude VAT.

Yes. Each installation runs on a server in the EU (for customers outside the EU, in their own region) with nightly backups to a separate server. Two-factor authentication, intrusion prevention, logged access and isolated databases protect your data in line with the GDPR.

Only administrative users, the people on your team who work in the back office. Student, teacher and agent logins are free and unlimited, and the volume tier follows the number of administrative users: the more you add, the lower the price per user.

Because it keeps your costs predictable. Your team rarely grows overnight. Your student numbers do. With Fidelo, students, courses and bookings are unlimited: a strong season or a growth year never changes your invoice, only a bigger back-office team does.

In euros (EUR). All prices on this page are euro amounts excluding VAT, and invoices are issued in euros as well.

Monthly in arrears, and only for users who actually logged in during the billing period. User management is in your hands: you create accounts yourself and deactivate or reactivate them at any time with a checkbox; a dormant account costs nothing. The teacher and trainer area is free. The invoice is generated automatically on the last day of the month and is due after 14 days, with payment links (card, bank transfer) right on the invoice. We charge no fees for payment reminders; if a payment is late, we send two reminders.

No, every account belongs to exactly one person, even if colleagues use the same computer on different days. This is not a cost question: only users who logged in during the month are billed, so an extra account only costs in months it is used. In return, it stays clear who changed what.

Nothing. Troubleshooting, technical help and general questions about the application are included. Should a service go beyond that, such as extra training hours or template work, we give you a quote in advance.

The minimum term is six months from the day the software is made available to you. After that the contract renews month by month and either side can cancel in writing with one calendar month's notice.

Only within limits. A price increase is capped at 5% per year, unless euro-area inflation since the last adjustment was higher. We announce it in writing or by email, and periods you have already paid for stay unaffected. If the price rises by more than 10%, you can cancel with one month's notice to the end of a month and pay the old price until then.

The software is free for the rest of the month you sign in and for the following month, regardless of your planned go-live. Monthly billing starts after that, always in arrears. Example: contract signed on 14 March, first charge for May.

The licence agreement exists in German and in English, so you can sign in English. German law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Cologne.

Yes. If your situation changes temporarily, we pause the installation and the monthly billing for up to one year, free of charge. No login is possible during the pause; afterwards you continue with all your data.

Yes. With free demo access you try Fidelo yourself, and in a guided 30-minute demo we show you the system along your own workflows. Billing starts later: the month you sign and the following month come without an invoice.

Yes, every add-on comes with a free trial month. Only after that does it appear on the invoice at the regular monthly price.

The training hours in your package apply per installation, not per user. Additional hours cost €95 each, or less in bundles: 10 hours €800, 15 hours €1,125, 20 hours €1,400, valid for one year. Template credits: €45 each, €210 for 5, €400 for 10, €760 for 20. On-site training costs €95 per hour or €760 per day plus travel expenses.
