A seminar is more than a date

A seminar depends on people and rooms: who trains when, where, for whom. Fidelo plans dates, trainers and rooms together and keeps participant lists, attendance and communication attached to the seminar, instead of in folders and spreadsheets beside it.

Corporate clients and certificates included

Corporate clients book their employees into your seminars, billing runs in the same system, and the certificate of attendance at the end comes out of the system instead of a word processor.

Seminar management software likes to hide behind a quote form. Not Fidelo: every price is public, from €20 per administrative user per month, and participants and trainers are free in every package.

Who is the seminar management software built for?

For training and course providers, academies and training organisations, from a small team to providers with many parallel courses. Technically it is Fidelo School Local; academies and training providers will find the same system under the Fidelo School Academy brand.

Is Fidelo suitable for training providers?

Yes, for the operational side: plan courses and seminars, assign trainers and rooms, take registrations online, record attendance, produce certificates from your own templates and invoice. A third party paying instead of the participant is supported (in the Pro package). Fidelo does not handle accreditation or funding applications; that paperwork stays with you.

Can participants register and pay online?

Yes. Registration, enquiry, placement-test, feedback and payment forms are generated by the system and embedded on your website as a JS widget on any site, or via WordPress or TYPO3 plugins, with Stripe, PayPal or Klarna as payment add-ons. Every registration lands directly in the system.

How much does the seminar management software cost?

Fidelo School Local is priced per administrative user per month: Basic ranges from €20 (51+ users) to €70 (single user). Participants and trainers are free in every package. All prices exclude VAT.
