Which systems can we migrate from?
Most often from Class: we have already moved more than 15 language schools from there. We also import from Intrinsiq, FileMaker, Microsoft Access, SchoolWorks, ANTRAGO, Easymate, Excel, Google Sheets and SQL databases. If your data can be exported, we can almost always bring it across: enquiries, bookings, services, invoices, payments, providers, agencies, teachers, classes and attendance. Anything without a fixed place in Fidelo goes into a custom field or a note.
Do we have to do the migration ourselves?
No. The Fidelo team does the import for you and confirms the scope and timeline in your demo. We load your data as a test first, you check it in Fidelo, and the final import follows on the agreed cut-over date.
What does the migration cost?
A one-off €125 to at most €1,250, depending on scope and source. We estimate the amount up front from your data, so you know it before we start.
