Thebing has changed the way we work. I have used many of the so called "leading SMS systems" and none of them have the same flexibility when creating new bespoke system generated documents as Thebing. With current safeguarding and visa legislation changing on a weekly basis, the last thing we want is to be paying developers extra fees for document changes or to develop entirely new forms, when we have already invested in an SMS. The support from Thebing has been invaluable and friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hrs for a response and most importantly a fix for any issues we have experienced. At Babylon we think of Anne and her team as part of our team. From the initial training days through to deployment and ongoing day to day use, the Thebing support crew remain, friendly, encouraging, patient and non-patronising (even when we have messed things up).
Although we have only recently started using Thebing School, it has already helped us improve our organisation and level of customer service considerably. It is very user friendly and offers an impressive level of flexibility. Functions such as class scheduling and the 'batch' printing of certificates will be invaluable this summer and there are further applications we are yet to explore. Wherever the software doesn't quite fit with our processes, the team are always willing to adapt and improve it where possible. Highly recommended.
We have been using Thebing since 2013 and are very happy. The ongoing updates keep improving the overall features. Our students really appreciate the App. The accounting interface is one of the biggest time savers for us.
Fidelo have completely revolutionized how we operate as a College. We picked Fidelo because we needed something very flexible and I found that ‘off the shelf’ solutions where not suitable. So far, over the 4 years we have been using it, we have been very happy with the way it has allowed us to streamline our administration procedures.
