The included training hours are calculated based on working on the related area prior to the training yourself. You will receive a full online-setup-manual of our software. Next to that you can also make use of the integrated support section in the software which includes all manuals and video trainings.
The setup and feature training can of course also be supervised in total by one of our staff members. That way the whole training would be done from our staff members without the need to read through the articles prior to the session. Please note that additional training hours needs to be covered in this case.

Thebing has changed the way we work. I have used many of the so called "leading SMS systems" and none of them have the same flexibility when creating new bespoke system generated documents as Thebing. With current safeguarding and visa legislation changing on a weekly basis, the last thing we want is to be paying developers extra fees for document changes or to develop entirely new forms, when we have already invested in an SMS.
