  • ** Included in monthly price but one time setup fee needs to be charged for the implementation of the mobile app.
  • *** Training hours are always per installation and not per user. Unused monthly training will expire after three month, unused onsite training day per year will expire after 12 month.

The included training hours are calculated based on working on the related area prior to the training yourself. You will receive a full manual of our software in a PDF document. Next to that you can also make use of the integrated support section in the software which includes all manuals and video trainings.

The setup and feature training can of course also be supervised in total by one of our staff members. That way the whole training would be done from our staff members without the need to read through the articles prior to the session. Please note that additional training hours needs to be covered in this case.

You can always buy additional training packages to received a reduced rate.

Thebing has changed the way we work. I have used many of the so called "leading SMS systems" and none of them have the same flexibility when creating new bespoke system generated documents as Thebing. With current safeguarding and visa legislation changing on a weekly basis, the last thing we want is to be paying developers extra fees for document changes or to develop entirely new forms, when we have already invested in an SMS. The support from Thebing has been invaluable and friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hrs for a response and most importantly a fix for any issues we have experienced. At Babylon we think of Anne and her team as part of our team. From the initial training days through to deployment and ongoing day to day use, the Thebing support crew remain, friendly, encouraging, patient and non-patronising (even when we have messed things up).

It is very user friendly and offers an impressive level of flexibility. Functions such as class scheduling and the 'batch' printing of certificates will be invaluable this summer and there are further applications we are yet to explore.
