Thebing has changed the way we work. I have used many of the so called "leading SMS systems" and none of them have the same flexibility when creating new bespoke system generated documents as Thebing. With current safeguarding and visa legislation changing on a weekly basis, the last thing we want is to be paying developers extra fees for document changes or to develop entirely new forms, when we have already invested in an SMS. The support from Thebing has been invaluable and friendly. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hrs for a response and most importantly a fix for any issues we have experienced. At Babylon we think of Anne and her team as part of our team. From the initial training days through to deployment and ongoing day to day use, the Thebing support crew remain, friendly, encouraging, patient and non-patronising (even when we have messed things up).

We launched Thebing across our 9 schools early in 2013. The migration from our old out-dated local databases was smooth and the training provided meant our users were up and running straight away. Since then we have focussed on developing and customising the system to our needs. Introducing a web-based student management system has been a real benefit for us as a multi-site group of schools. Our Management, Accounts and Marketing teams have all the information they need at their fingertips which has improved our efficiency as a group. Additionally, it can integrate with other systems we use through an API. Thebing support is excellent with responses usually received on the same day.

We have been using Thebing since 2013 and are very happy. The ongoing updates keep improving the overall features. Our students really appreciate the App. The accounting interface is one of the biggest time savers for us.

When I opened BSL, I was looking for an easy to use, good value school management system, that we could easily integrate and use on a daily basis at the school. Thebing is just that. Like all systems of this kind, it has glitches which you have to accept, but overall it offers an excellent affordable option for independent schools, where cost and budget are paramount
